Making an order with wufwufshop.co.uk is very simple. Find the products you would like to order using either the search bar, or by checking the categories on the top. Add the products to your cart, and then checkout!
How can I get a free shipping?
In order to take advantage of the free shipping offer, the value of the products you add to your cart must be £29 or more.
Is it possible to order outside of the UK?
If you are a WufWuf subscription box subscriber, please contact our customer service. They will be glad to assist you.
Do you provide a tracking number so I can track my box?
We are sending you an information email while your order is being sent. You can follow the journey of your box via the link in the email.
How do I return an item?
You can see the details in our return policy, so please keep in touch our customer support. Then, simply post the item back to us to this address:

If I'm not happy with a product, how do I return an item for a full refund?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can always return it back to us. We guarantee a full refund.
All we ask is to reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org We will create an order label, so that you can send the product to you without paying postage.
We kindly ask you to return your product in its original / new condition. As soon as your new returned product reaches us, your payment will be refunded.
What should I do if my order is lost during shipping or delivered in a damaged condition?
If your order is delivered damaged for any reason or is lost in the mail, you can contact us via live chat or email at email@example.com
If there is damage, please take photos of the package as it was received and email us. As soon as we receive the photos, we will send you a new item at no extra charge.
